No! Burner flame size will appear to be low at the high position. Ignition of burners will experience slow ignition.
Proper top pilot setting is 1/8” high. If your pilot is adjusted higher, you will experience sooting under the main top area and pilot outage.
Your range has one module which generates the spark for all points of ignition. Remember, gas is flowing from only the burner valve in use. On some models, once the surface knob has been engaged, sparking will continue until released.
Your range most likely uses a safety valve, which generally takes from 45 to 60 seconds for the oven burner to come on.
